Antony Eddison

Head of School for Media, Art and Design at The University of Bedfordshire, Former Chair of Design, Professor and Head of School for Design, Communication and IT at the University of Newcastle, Australia.

Tony's interests are focused on usability and interaction design, particularly on how the Web can be made more user friendly. His research interests include the interface between archeology and virtual reality, he has presented many papers on this topic and was recently invited to Athens to speak at an international conference sponsored by the Greek Ministry of Culture. Tony will address the cultural and creative industries in the UK both regionally and nationally and speak about what is happening in other parts of the world. He is happy to speak to anyone considering a career and further education in this field.
