LindseyGreeningBioImageLindsey Greening

Lindsey completed her MPhys at Warwick University in 2004 and since then has been carrying out research for her PhD at the Open University in Milton Keynes. Although high energy astrophysics is the focus of her research, her few spare hours are spent teaching dance or using the telescope on the Open University campus. She runs astronomy events for local schools and scout groups using the telescope as well as a tour of the (inflatable) solar system. She will be one of the experts on the Sun, stars and the solar system, who will be answering questions on www.open.ac.uk/oursun during Milton Keynes Science Festival.
